In Windows in many steps like Excel or "Get file names" the UI encourages
people to click the browse button and search for files. Whenever I select a
folder, "to get files from", an exception is thrown that the "Argument" cannot
be null.
The code is expecting a filename all the time even if specifying a folder is a
valid thing to do.
What I expected to have happen was the file path would be returned as an input.
