Closing as WONTFIX.
I think the answer of building this on new HashSet(Collections.asList(..)) is
the right one. I don't see any value in an ArraySet over a HashSet, and I think
a toSet method that was based on HashSet wouldn't offer much.
Other ideas should go to SetUtils in Collections.
