@garydgregory not yet, 17 org.junit.Test (JUnit v4) and 60
junit.framework.Test (JUnit v3) still outstanding, so still need
junit-vintage-engine. About another month I think as the reminding ones are
more complex to break apart the mass inheritance and junit suite setup.
