Description: Current implementation of Genetic Algorithm does not use
*multi-threading* during optimization process. A multi-threading approach would
be required to enable usage of multiple cores of user CPU. This would also
enable implementation of *parallel GA* with multiple populations where each
population would converge independently, and the list of converged populations
