Resolution: Invalid
Version 2.0 is available in central repo since early August 2009.
The groupID has changed since 1.2, so you are probably looking at the wrong
place.
The proper values to use now are:
* groupId: org.apache.commons
* artifactId: commons-math
* version: 2.0
