The Maven central repository does not contain any version greater than 1.2.2,
for group Id 'commons-dbcp', artifact id 'commons-dbcp'.
Also since there is no other groupId/ArtifactId that has those missing
versions, or any other Maven repository containing them, there is no way of
downloading it them automatically via Maven.
