Hi [~ggregory] - I will provide IBAN Validator for DJ.
In Release 92 – May 2022 of iban-registry.pdf DJ is listed.
Not for RU because of the sanctions!
By the way: what about the pull requests

[https://github.com/apache/commons-validator/pull/61] ?
