To fix the override problem, the JexlArithmetic has to determine whether an 
actual overrides - written with JEXL 3.2 signature -  should be called. 
Fortunately, we can compute this once at instantiation time and redirect 
through the user code if that 'compare 3.2.1' flag is on. We split the 
compare(String, String, JexlOperator) in 2 methods, one that routes through 
that flag to compare(String, String, String) if necessary, and the core-code 
one that is called by this method and the  compare(String, String, String) as a 
base implementation. This way an override is called and if super is invoked, we 
end on our new implementation.

In a word, this is needed to respect binary / runtime upgradability from 3.2.1 
to 3.3.
