Summary: VFS Class Loader resource issues across multiple threads

It appears that if you have multiple threads reading the same resource from
multiple threads using the VFSClassLoader, we can still have failures where the
underlying zip file is closed out from underneath. I have been able to create
this issue in a unit test case and am working on the resolution.
