Description: The library can handle 1D, 2D and 3D vectors. Can we add
support for ND vectors? (was: We currently only have a 2D convex hull
generator implementation. We should add a 3D convex hull implementation,
perhaps based on the [Quickhull|https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quickhull]
algorithm.)
