SVN trunk includes the following under the nt/ directory:
executables/
lib/
moni/
service/
signals/
supcalls_nt/
Makefile
As far as I can tell, these are no longer used/supported or released so
consider moving these to a branch.
The nt/ directory is present in source releases as windows/, it would be
sensible to rename it in SVN also.
