I understand the confusion: The top of the page says "{*}Last Published: 26
October 2023 | Version: 2.15.0{*}"
But, in the page it says:
h3. Latest Release (Java 8 and up)
Commons IO 2.13.0 requires a minimum of Java 8
I'll fix that.
