Hi,
without having had a look at this:
1. Please fix the conflicts.
2. 32 changed files are **way** too much. Please try to split this up into
two, or more PR's, possibly pushing one after the other.
For example, while I appreciate enhancements on the docs **very** much,
they need not come in together with changes in
the Java source code.
