FYI - The assertion below that was included with testEscapeHiragana(), which
was added to StringEscapeUtilsTest, is asserting that a string equals itself.
+ String unescaped = StringEscapeUtils.unescapeHtml( escaped );

+ assertEquals( "Hiragana character unicode behaviour has changed -
expected no unescaping", escaped, escaped);
I believe that the intent is to assert that unescaped equals escaped in order
to detect a change in behavior.
