Commit ffcdf39f8fa7ccd19c5c21a73fccb90c753592cd has fixed some of the links.
Broken ones remain after the refactoring and some of the functionality having
been moved to other components (e.g. ["Commons
Statistics"|https://commons.apache.org/statistics]).
The editable source files of the userguide are the "xml" files in directory
{{src/site/xdoc/userguide}}.
You are most welcome to review them and provide fixes in a pull request.
