The javadoc for the MicrosphereProjectionInterpolator has a link to
[http://www.dudziak.com/microsphere.pdf]
That link returns a 404 and should probably changed to
[http://rave.ohiolink.edu/etdc/view?acc_num=akron1183403994]
Or an actual description of what it does.
