Documentation improvements for multiple regression classes

The user guide examples showing how to set up and estimate linear models using
OLS and GLS multiple regression need to be updated to reflect changes in the
API. The javadoc for these classes and user guide descriptions also need to be
improved to make it clear how to estimate a model with an intercept term.
