Review Comment:
   Hi @ppkarwasz 
   We now have two calls to the new `copyToOutputStream` method, and in both 
cases, we check the return value and throw an exception (with different 
exceptions and styles in building the message). What about moving the check and 
exception throwing inside the private method, which could throw IAE.
