[474f5e8](https://github.com/apache/commons-io/commit/474f5e8cc80bf8557d87d48ef512b5a983832ccd)
I refactored the `ByteArraySeekableByteChannel` constructors and factory
methods to align more closely with the
`ByteArrayInputStream`/`ByteArrayOutputStream` patterns:
   >
   > * Default buffer size is now 32, matching `ByteArrayOutputStream`.
   > * Javadoc now cross-references the corresponding BAIS/BAOS constructors.

`ByteArraySeekableByteChannel(byte[])` constructor, though I personally prefer
the `wrap` factory method.

Most if not all buffers in Commons IO are `IOUtils.DEFAULT_BUFFER_SIZE`
(8K), attempting to align with OS file block sizes.
