## Summary `FileNameUtil` previously lowercased an entire filename and then used offsets from that transformed string to slice the original. Root lowercasing can expand a character (for example U+0130), causing a wrong output filename or `StringIndexOutOfBoundsException`. Compare lowercased candidate suffixes while keeping all slice offsets in the original string. Adds regression coverage for expansion cases and a COMPRESS-728 changes entry.
