One CI note so the red mark on `build (windows-latest, 11)` isn't mistaken for this change: that job failed in randomised numerical tests that this patch cannot reach — `CorrelatedVectorFactoryTest.testMeanAndCovariance` (six surefire reruns, all in that one test, e.g. `expected:<4.34> but was:<4.22597282395064>`) plus three flakes in `FastFourierTransformerTest`, `LevenbergMarquardtOptimizerTest`, `MultiStartMultivariateOptimizerTest` and `CMAESOptimizerTest`. The other seven matrix entries (ubuntu/macos/windows × 8/11/17) are green. Locally, on Windows with this patch applied, `mvn -pl commons-math-legacy test -Dtest=CorrelatedVectorFactoryTest` was green four times, but surefire recorded `Flakes: 1` in one of those runs, so the class is stochastic on its own.
