Make jars be valid OSGi bundles

It would be nice if the released jars would also be valid OSGi bundles. I use
this code in Apache Felix, and I have made the appropriate modifications to the
Maven build file to make this a valid OSGi bundle.
I can provide the appropriate modifications for Ant if desired, it will require
using the bnd project.
