It would be useful to implement at least some of the additional methods from
StrictMath in Java 1.6.
These are:
public static double java.lang.StrictMath.scalb(double,int)
public static float java.lang.StrictMath.scalb(float,int)
public static int java.lang.StrictMath.getExponent(float)
public static int java.lang.StrictMath.getExponent(double)
public static double java.lang.StrictMath.copySign(double,double)
public static float java.lang.StrictMath.copySign(float,float)
This is a holding issue; will create sub tasks for each pair of methods.
