isJavaVersionAtLeast is good; making it float/int based seems unnecessary and I
think it's an artifact of the work to deal with the obtuse vendor version
string.
isJavaVersionAtLeast(SystemUtils.JAVA_1_2) would be better. For once I would
like a static import there :)
