public static String getPath(Final File dir, final String... dirs) and 
public static String getPath(final String... dirs)

Here's a use-case for it : 
FileUtils.toFile(Thread.currentThread().getClass().getResource(FileUtils.getPath("src","test","resour­ces","YourFile.csv"));
