So long as we don't use the $Date$ tag I don't care if @version is present or
not.
Rather than forcing all @version tags to use $Id$ or $Revision$ why not just
configure checkstyle to complain about using $Date$ ?
It is the Subversion tag that causes the problem, not @version.
