I figured that it meant that. But the common usage I know of that phrase is to 
indicate the right-hand side of an equation. I think that in this case, the 
term "right operand " (or "right-hand operand") is more accurate.

In the "Complex" class, many comments refer to the operator's arguments as "a + 
bi" and "c + di"; IMHO, it is better to use the same in the code.
