I believe I am also having this issue. In our test environment it is very
difficult to reproduce, but in production on busy site it seems to be
guaranteed to occur.
I've attached two full thread dumps. To duplicate this in testing, I've had to
deploy our app (without JSP precompilation). And as soon as the app is
deployed throw load at it. I'm using JMeter for loading the server.
