Olivier, I found this in the config for the maven plugin:

<configLocation>config/maven_checks.xml</configLocation>
<headerLocation>config/maven-header.txt</headerLocation>
</configuration>
But could not find the files in my checkout. Are they actually added? Or did I
miss something?
