As identified by Oliver Hegel [1], the clirr report shows an argument type
change in validator.EmailVadlidator.isValidIpAddress().
The class in question is deprecated.
However, the patch provided adds a note about this (and possible semantic
Regular Expression differences) due to the removal of Jakarta ORO in 1.4.
Also in this patch, build.xml, build.properties.sample and tasks.xml have been
updated to reflect the removal of Jakarta ORO.
