1. The mail is within the 3rd party application itself - so not sure how I
would find this out. I have access to the files that sit on the Oracle
Application server - so let me know if this helps.
2. You cannot reproduce the system as you are not in our system - this is a 3rd
party application supplied by a NZ company.
3. I am not sure where the error is coming from - the log file that showed the
error was my starting point
