DCX: any image dimensions, any order.
ICNS: specific image dimensions get written in a pre-determined order.
ICO: image dimensions typically <= 256, can be in any order.
JPEG: multiple images can be in one file, semantics are unclear (motion JPEG
video?).
Others? Animated PNG etc?
