I've done some refactoring of the test environment as discussed on the ML.
* moved some test methods to a util class in preparation of the
{{CopyPropertiesToTestCase}}
* added some comments to explain, why we have to use
{{assertReadWritePropertiesEquals()}} in favor of {{assertEquals()}}
* stored a {{TestBean}} into a field for usage as default value, instead of
calling {{new TestBean()}}
