This bug prevents us from upgrading to Struts 2.3.1.2, since that requires OGNL
version newer than 3.0.2.
That means it's a blocker for those of us who have Java 2 Security enabled.
This was especially hard to pin-point because the NullPointerException caused
by passing null to SecurityManager is later swallowed by OGNL.
