Does commonsnet ftp component connect to a Secure Stratus site?

JDK 1.6 to a Stratus FTP secure site.

This is not a bug. Just a support question.
I am connecting from a Windows 2003 Server environment, JDK 1.6, commons net
301 to a Stratus FTP secure site.
The stratus box, supports a directory delimiter of '>'. I think this is the
problem.
Does the commons net FTP component support FTP server delimiter of '>'
