If the bad image is just a thumbnail, you can disable reading thumbnails by
setting PARAM_KEY_READ_THUMBNAILS to false in the parameter map you pass in
(it's true by default). If not, why is it being read when it has 0 rows?
Do you have a file with this problem you can attach?
