Stevo, please understand that all commons committers are volunteers not
employed to maintain and release components - if you want to have a component
released, join the [dev@ ML|http://commons.apache.org/mail-lists.html] and help
maintainers on addressing issues.
If/when/once you'll get the commit rights, you'll have the chance to take care
of components and have them released more often.
