It seems that due to a misconfiguration in checkstyle, when running a {{mvn
site}} this error gets reported on a bunch of source files.
It turns out that the {{checkstyle.header.file}} property is not configured in
{{pom.xml}}.
This patch fixes this so the checkstyle issues related to this are eliminated.
