Following changes in POOL-212 to do with {{getMinIdle}} logic, the following
unit tests started failing:
* TestGenericKeyedObjectPool
* TestGenericKeyedObjectPoolFactory
* TestGenericObjectPoolFactory
As per discussion with Mark around this, the tests now need changing to reflect
the new logic.
