Related to DBUTILS-87, there should be support for retrieving the
automatically-generated keys from a batch insert operation. Similar to how
singular insert was added to return the generated key, there should be an
insertBatch operation that allows the ResultSetHandler to perform an operation
with the newly generated keys.
I have a patch and will be submitting it soon for review.
