CommandLine objects currently do not play well with Sets and Maps, because
CommandLine does not implement equals() and hashCode(). This makes, for
example, identifying/ignoring duplicate CommandLine objects more difficult than
it should be. I think this would be a relatively quick-to-implement and
straightforward improvement.
