MH commented on VFS-455:
------------------------
Ah, I see. Never used that. Putting this info in the manifest is not optimal
(for our packages) - do you know how to implement the same (i.e. use the
Package API to get the version info) by setting this info in a Java class
instead of the manifest?
> No Version class available - how to get version?

> Other Apache projects have a Version class (org.apache.xalan.Version,
> org.apache.poi.Version, org.apache.fop.Version, org.apache.pdfbox.Version,
> ...) to get version information. org.apache.commons.vfs2 should have an
> equivalent Version class.
