As discussed on the ML $Date$ should not be used, because it depends on the
clients locale (see http://markmail.org/message/zx4ii6pq4iin2tol). $Date$
keywords should be replaced by $Id$. As $Id$ contains the revision, the
$Revision$ keyword can also be dropped.
