In version 1.9 there are two classes for dealing with ini files:
{{INIConfiguration}}, and {{HierarchicalINIConfiguration}}. The former is
deprecated because it is fully replaced by the latter.
For version 2.0 the deprecated class can be removed. Then it makes sense to
rename the remaining {{HierarchicalINIConfiguration}} class to just
{{INIConfiguration}}.
