Yes, but I wonder how to use them.
The question is: How does one specify a dependency (for automatic resolution)
to the "tests" JAR?
I suspect that the naming should be modified, from
"commons-math3-3.2-tests.jar" to "commons-math3-tests-3.2.jar".
