I have commited what I've done so far. There is a little problem with
hasCommandCount matcher. The checkCommandCount method is used in conjunction
with Catalogs and CatalogFactories. I have just created a matcher for catalogs,
so far. We can add another matcher for CatalogFactories later, if we see the
need.
