As [discussed|http://markmail.org/message/3fjvucyz7rax4cyi] on the "dev" ML,
the classes in "o.a.c.m.optim" should implement a "fluent" API.
This will replace the current use of a marker interface ("OptimizationData").
Classes in "o.a.c.m.optim.nonlinear.vector" need not be updated as they have
been migrated to the new API while moving them to
"o.a.c.m.fitting.leastsquares" (cf. MATH-1008).
