Whan adding folders with a name of *.zip or *.jar to the VFSClassLoader this
will fail, at it tries to open it as a layered filesystem. This can be fixed in
the classloader by checking the file type, but most likely
canCreateFileSystem() needs to be changed.
The following is a quickfixed version (it also inlines the Resource class)
