Found another question while working on 7. Should Evaluation.computeValue()
return the weighted or unweighted value? The residuals and jacobian are both
weighted. AFAIK computeValue() is only used by convergence checkers. IMO the
weighted values should be returned so that the ConvergenceChecker sees the
relative change that is occurring in the residuals. I'll implement it with
weighted values, but please comment if you disagree.
