Well, Luc is project lead for all nearly all commons components, simply because
he the PMC Chair. This doesn't necessarily imply that he also is a developer of
all components :-)
Regarding Adam M.: I don't really know what to do here. He still is developer
of vfs even if he's email isn't active anymore. Maybe it is sufficient to
remove his address from pom.xml.
